Author’s note: This was meant to be a short story, and originally consisted only of the first scene, where Dan is jumping Spruce at a horse show. But I couldn’t put it down, as I just wanted to spend more time in this world. I wrote much of this book concurrently with Top Ten, which is set three years after the conclusion of this one, and heavily features both Dan and Keeley. Once that story was done, I know I had to finish this one as well, so that my readers would get a chance to find out more about Dan and how his family came to be.”
Amazon reviewer ~ 5 stars. “I have loved all of Kate Lattey’s books and this is no different. I will drop anything I’m doing when a new book comes out! Irish luck was a fun side step from the pony jumper series.”
