Tatou O!

Let’s Go!

There’s something about a red motorbike that catches your attention, isn’t there?

Tatou O! is an adaptation and translation of the award winning Te Reo Singalong book – Me Haere! This project was made possible through a CLNZ grant, which provided EduMaxi with part of the funding needed to create this awesome resource.

We’re sure this Samoan singalong book about vehicles and colours will capture the imagination of children, teachers and parents and help promote more use of Samoan language.

Translated by Ioana Mulipola, written by Sharon Holt and illustrated by Stephanie Jane Thatcher

It doesn’t include a CD, but the song can be found at www.soundcloud.com/tereosingalong/tatou-o. It has been published to help children begin to learn Samoan and includes vocabulary, phrases and sentence structures.
